  • Ruzan Khambatta the founder of PoliceHEART 1091 a project to rescue women from emergency situation like Rape, Molestation, Eve Teasing, Domestic Violence Kidnapping experienced that though women want to learn self defence but it becomes a challenge for them as they find it difficult to practice and remember. Thus this concept of Defence ‘O’ Dance was born. It is a unique signature action concept- based initiative to teach  ‘never-to-forget’  self defence for women on the theme of Fire of Freedom – Power of Music.
  • All these physical and mental skills and techniques have been specially designed so that it can help   an 8 year old to an 80 year old when needed ant to learn these is as easy as dancing.
